As the title says looking to buy a C4/C3 or very good C2 WH.

One key condition - must be null sec or lowsec static only.

Will only consider Pulsar or similarly bonused C4's

Will pay extra for any of the following:

Good Enviromental effects
Good Planets - T2 and POS PI
Easily accessible highsec or lowsec short term access
Any in situ assets -
Caps
Exhumers etc etc
