All toons must be able to use all tech II mining equipment but do not have to be in an exhumer.

quite a low budget, you might be better off just training them up.

Well let's be honest here, it takes less than a month to train each one less than 21 days actually lol. So really it's not asking a whole lot, I'm not expecting to get 10 miners or nothing! but thanks for the free bump. I'm also happy with just t1 strip miners as well

No it doesn't. Being able to use "all the T2 Mining equiqment" takes ~40 days on a fresh character and then you can't even sit in any mining ship

actually tech 2 strip miners aside, it takes less than 21 days and that's sitting in a retriever which is what I asked for but yeah.
