Issues, Workarounds & Localization

The last few times I've logged out in station while in a Tengu when I log back in...

1) I see no ship in front of me
2) A menu is onscreen telling me to chose subsystems ( like when you first assemble a T3 ) but there are no choices available to make
3) If I cancel the subsystem menu I get another menu telling me I must choose a ship. If I choose any of these ships nothing happens
4) If I do not hit cancel and simply change ships nothing happens
5) If I change ships and then log out and back in I am finally in the ship I changed to, and I can now change to my Tengu

It's happened like 3 times now, it's not a problem as I can work around it, it's just an issue that I noticed.
I'll try clearing cache and see if that helps...
