Hi

Few months back i saw bigger topic about boosters generally and one thing interrested me generally ... Learning boosters ... topic itself was about more stuff so they were forgotten in posting war, but i think they deserve their own topic since last one went into chat war about learning skills and implants ...

So about boosters ...
My idea would be something like this:
There wouldnt be any "universal" boosters, every booster would boost only one attribute
Boosters would be split into 3 groups: Standard (Slot 3 , +3 to attribute, BP drop in LOW sec), Improved (Slot 2, +6 to atrribute, BP drop in 0.0), Strong (Slot 1, +9 to attribute, BP drop in C5 and C6 Wormhole)
Booster would last from 1 day to 1 week depending on BP
Price for this boosters should be around 2m ISK per 1attribute/1day ... so basically around 540M for best booster for one month
Manufacturing:
Most important thing IMO, for manufacturing you would require some stuff from 0.0, some from WH, and most materials would be bought from and only from NPC.

Implementing boosters like this would IMHO have some good impact to game, it would give active players some skill advantage over inactive only skilling chars. Also bigger corps could create some kind of newbie training program to get new players faster into better ships etc and most impotant thing it would provide into game would be NPC isk sink, since there is much more isk income into players wallet than outcome.

Only bad thing from this would be flame war on forum by pay2win haters but that train is alredy gone since we have skill implants and i dont think this would be pay2win anyway since EVE is long-term game and if u would skill for your ship 1 year or 9 months isnt that much difference ...

Didn't we finally get rid of the whole 'learning skills' crapfest for good reason?

What makes you think the bittervets skilling but not playing wouldn't just buy these boosters along with the plex that they are buying to keep their account active ands skilling? It is more likely and older player has the isk to pay for these boosters over some newb just entering the game.
