Getting one back ?

Does anyone know how you would go about getting a character back if it's current account is disabled / unused ?

let me explain.

i played for a while back in 2010, then real life happened and my bro took over using my accounts for a while, then when he gave up too, he sold what was my main character to someone, which as far as i'm aware is still exactly the same as it was when he sold it all those years ago.

Is there anyway i can find out for definite if the char is in use? i would be very interested in buying him back. (sent an in game message and have tried eve board, but it says the API is different and can't load all the info)

*Character in question is this one. It would be awesome if anyone knows who owns him now, or even does own him !

I think this is not the right section to post this thread.
However, he has low sp, you can just buy a new one with the same amount or better.

they were all paid for monthly (he had two of his own, too) so if they want to ban it and lose a player (i currently run 2 subs, too), that's their call.

You're looking for the support tickets. The GMs do not take action based on requests made on the forums. Especially since this involves a matter of account ownership, you need to talk to them directly and privately. Good luck.
