Maybe I am just really dense. Maybe this head cold is preventing me from focusing.

What pos arrays can be used to manufacture fuel blocks? I can't seem to find the info anywhere.

I thought it could be manufactured in equipment assembly array, am I wrong?

Fuel blocks can be made in either the component array or the ammo array.

do these arrays give a bonus to the materials needed to produce fuel blocks versus a station or outpost other than the time bonus they give?

I believe the Thukker Component Assembly Array can only build capital ship components. So no.

That said, I have never tried it. If you do, let us know the result.
