Do you need 2m only for a particular reason?

Because the odds of someone who has a 2m sp with those skills on a char they want to sell is quite remote.

the cost of the 2 PLEX to transfer a char is 1.6b ISK, thats a lot of ISK, you want make sure you get value for money?

A word of advice, spend 10 mins checking back through the many pages, I bet there is something for you. If not, try to be a bit more flexible, or at least offer a budget for sellers to work with.

its all about budget though, I can ganutree if you are offering 10b for a 2m SP char with those skills, one will turn up, oh yes. but usually you can pick up a starter new char with 5m SP say for under 4b, sometimes more SP for less, just depends what's available at the time

I assumed that would be the cheapest :) since in still fairly new.. :)

And budget, hmm not sure.. but would be able to buy a few plex. in order to get started.
