Max Tengu subs
All Caldari sub-cap fighting ships to lvl 5 (frig, destroyer, cruiser, BC, BS)
Gal Destroyer, Cruiser, BC to lvl 5
HAC lvl 4
Drone Interfacing lvl 5

Means can PvE with the best in Gila, Rattlesnake, Tengu (HAM or HM), Ishtar etc.

Also good PvP skills.
Couple of months from Caldari or Gal carrier.

Also in mid grad snake clone and has Cybernetics lvl 5.

Looking for 9b starting offer
Open to buyouts, min of 11.5b to get me to even consider a buyout at this stage, more means more likely to be accepted.
