Looking for a different way for intel chanel and need suggestions

Hi,

as the title said, i need suggestion for a different way to have an intel chanel with more control as eve normal chat chanels can give, first problem is, after more then 50 people join a chat you can not longer see all the other guys in the chanel, this is a big problem for coalition based intel chanels and maybe somebody has ideas for this?

Personally i like the idea to have a chat chanel it works like the ingame chat chanel but allowed more visual guests in the chanel, i know its maybe more for "features and ideas" but i know before they introduce this we have the armageddon behind us ^^

So, what you guys think what is possible, maybe an programmer or developer can bring in his own ideas or maybe you have allready done this and ready to go, then please let me know!

Would be nice to made it possible to mark main and alt from one guy he has maybe 10 alt chars in an intel for example.

Next is to made it possible to keep control via allowed list like the ingame mechanik works but more options would be nice, not alliance based, only after invite and with a process he allows to have a list like a protocol like who has invited who...

Go ahead with ideas and suggestions.

If you have a channel with 50 people or more in it you already have probably several spies in it and you'll never find them all so learn to operate so that it does not matter if there are or not Blink

Finds camping stations from the inside much easier. Designer of Yapeal for the Eve API. Check out the Yapeal PHP API Library thread.

I think thats not the point here but yes you are right...

What you want is jabber (google it, it's free), but would require people to keep tabs on out of game windows so probably many people wouldn't bother or wouldn't have it visible and miss the relevant intel.
