You couldn't just use one of those. Now you're just creating work for the ISDs. Think of their children man. Give them a break.

Why Can't I have a picture signature.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.

Game companies that don't try to diversify tend to be doomed to a slow death.

While attempts to expand one's portfolio don't always work out as planned, failure to at least try are far more disastrous in the long run... and usually even when things don't work out as planned you tend to learn things that can be applied to your main endeavor.

Criticize how their attempts to develop other properties were handled all you like, but to criticize their making the attempt to begin with is foolish at best.

This.

CCP made a single Niche game. It doesn;t have alot of subscribers. It doesn't make a ton of money. If there are any hiccups in subscriptions, that hurts CCP a lot. They also claim to be a gaming company. but have 1 game.

This is the same as going to Henry Ford and telling him not to make anything else but the model A. Its completely stupid.

The old adage 'never put all your eggs in one basket' is the basic rule of business. If you can not diversify you are trapped to the whims of a narrow market. If Blizzard only stuck with Warcraft, you would not of had there other games that were successful. If Lucas only stuck with American Graffiti you would not of had Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc.

you can not, as a business, stick to a single product and expect to be around for long. Its illogical and stupid.

Did ccp make mistakes? ofc. If they learned form them, then ccp and eve are in a stronger place, and if not, then ccp and eve will die anyway sooner then it needs to.
