hmm skills are weirdly distributed, no shield comps no armor comps, not going to be too useful as a falcon pilot without Electronic Warfare 5. as a rorqual pilot you lack the leadership and industrial reconfig skills. Its a nice start but needs some filling in as far as the skills go.

This character doesn't need electronic warfare 5 as he can virtually perma run the jammers so the extra 5% isn't nessesary

See the quote in my post above. Seller's post originally had 12 billion ISK as the price. Seller revised the price down to 7.5 billion ISK after we posted, which is where you stepped in and made your comment about us not knowing what we're talking about.
