im here to talk about a few mods in eve that need to fixed or addressed in some way.
if you know of any other mods that are like this please add and ill edit the OP.

1. Domination Adaptive Invulnerability Field

Problem:
this mods has been in EVE along time, some of you have probably never seen one before because its useless.
stats: 1 PG / 34 CPU / Cap cost 16 / cycle time 12s (1.333... cap/sec) / resistance 25% on all
this mods is really out of place with the scale of the rest of the mods.
it has less res than a T2 invul, hec it even has less res than the story line invul ('posse')
its res is in fact the same as the meta 2.
its CPU cost is out of sync as well, if you look at the gistum and the pithum the gistum are 2 CPU less than the pithum type level
its only redeeming feature is its cap consumption, which is overly efficient.

proposal:
module rebalance and better value.
stats : 1PG / 25 CPU / Cap cost 28 / cycle time 12s (2.333... cap/sec) / resistance 33.5% on all

justification:
the res is now sitting nicely between the considerable gap between T2 and the cal nvy (dread G and gist C)
the CPU is now in scale with in the rest of the set.
the cap consumption is still the best but more in line with the the rest of the mods and the higher res amount.

2. Republic Fleet Adaptive Invulnerability Field

Problem:
not in game

proposal:
same as the proposed stats as the domination but obtainable from the LP store

justification:
completion of the module set.

==================================

3. Ammatar Navy Thermic Plating / Ammatar Navy Reactor Control Unit / Ammatar Navy Power Diagnostic System

Problem:
not obtainable in any way, but in the game's databace.
this is one of CCP's loose ends they have never corrected, all 3 of these mods are balanced to their meta counterparts.

proposal:
add to the Ammatar LP stores

justification:
LP able mods gives the alternate (not necessarily better) options of procurement.
to give players a good reason to do Ammatar missions.

==================================

4. Harvester Mining Drone

Problem:
no longer obtainable (to my knowledge)
these donres can be bought on the jita market but they are reminisce of of an old procurement strategy that no longer exists as such their price is now grossly disproportional to their benefit. 215 mil+ per drone, making them a collectors item.

proposal:
add to the ORE LP stores

justification:
possible way of obtaining a faction drones that has a benefit over T2
new marketable done that can have a reasonable price to its benefit.

The domination invuln gets used a bit by people who don't have the skills for T2 but don't want to have a "scrubby" meta invuln on their ship - which usually ends badly (trying to run before you can walk). IMO its stats should be boosted upto the same as the T2 one but slightly less CPU use which fall inline with most of the other basic faction modules where the main benefit over the T2 variant is fitting or cap use.

module tieracide/metacide will likely deal with everything here and more.

The domination invuln sounds like it might be more of a frigate sized invuln with lower cap consumption. Resist bonus is low to keep overall EHP in check. If thats intended, idk. Just a thought though.
