That in the very least means industrial ship t2

What.

No, really. What. There are lots of words in what you wrote and a fair amount of them are not where they are supposed to be (and yet more are outright missing).

Capital Industrial Ships are not the same as Industrial Command Ships, and neither of them fall into the Ore Industrial Ship class.

T2 capitals already exist, at least if you go by the market window (rather than functional) definition of capships. And just because they give every BP in a specific class the same stat does not mean that the stat will actually be used. So there's nothing new in the devblog, I'm afraid.

My market window doesnt show t2 caps T_T

Mine doesn't either.
It shows jump freighters, but those aren't capital ships.

Yes they are.

The Coreli Corporation is recruiting.

Ugh. This again.

Let's list the attributes that characterise capital ships in EVE and sets them apart from all other ship classes. They…
• Require the Capital Ship skill.
• Have to use cynos to move between systems.
Can fit XL-sized modules.
Have to use XL-sized rigs.
• Are not allowed in highsec unless grandfathered in.

Things that do not set capships apart from other ship classes, and which therefore don't define them:
• Use of capital components (BlackOps and Industrial Command Ships do as well).
• Jump drives (BlackOps again)
• Sheer size (some battleships rival them in size)

Overlaps that can't be used to determine anything without begging the question:
• Volume (the only ships with similar volume are Freighters/JFs).
• Mass (variable).
• Placement in the market browser (the L-size/non-cap-skill/non-cyno/highsec-allowed Orca is listed alongside the XL-sized Rorqual).

Freighters fit none of the characteristics of capships and only fulfil some of the border-line or begging-the-question attributes. Calling them capships would over-extend the category to the point of making it meaningless as a clear and easily distinguishable class of ships.

I bet he thinks nanofibers should be in hull upgrades where they are instead of in propulsion upgrades which is obviously what they really are.

Maybe this is what the T2 Titans will be all about?
Like, instead of a doomsday device, they will carry a Genesis device....
One shot of the Genesis device will fix POS mechanics, fix Sov, remove lag, kill AFK cloakers and open all CQ doors in the system for a limited time.
Drawback: every time you use it, a random mining barge in highsec explodes.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

you cut up part of your hull in exchange for speed and agility, of course it is a hull upgrade as it does nothing to your propulsion systems Roll

What the module does in lore is irrelevant. It increases speed and decreases inertia modifier (thereby increasing agility). It's a propulsion upgrade, because it upgrades propulsion attributes.

One for the list: Capitals are built in an X-Large Assembly Array, or Capital Ship Assembly Array. Freighters and Orca are built in a Large Assembly Array, and Jumpfreighters in an Advanced Large Assembly Array.

Though I am in agreement with you, I seem to recall a post many years ago by CCP stating that the Capital Ships skill was not defining. After that I stopped arguing about it, even though I don't agree.

These categories were changed in Crius.
SSAAs (Supercapital Ship Assembly Array) can build titans, supercarriers, dreadnoughts, carriers, and I assume Rorquals. It only mentions "capital and supercapital ships" in its description.
CSAAs can build dreadnoughts, carriers, Rorquals, Orcas, freighters, and battleships.
LSAAs can build battleships, Orcas, and freighters.
ALSAAs can build jump freighters, black ops, and marauders.
There is no XLSAA.

In other words, the smallest size of assembly array you can build a ship in defines the ship class. Just because you can build carriers in an SSAA does not make them supercapitals, just as battleships aren't capitals because you can build them in a CSAA. Dreadnoughts and carriers can't be built in LSAAs so that makes them capitals. Orcas and freighters can be built in LSAA but not MSAA, so that makes them large ships. Jump freighters can be built in ALSAA but not AMSAA, so that makes them advanced large ships.
