^ yup.

tried everything i can think of on my end. i dunno if it's the patch or what, but something is fubar on eve's end. every other game and site on the net works fine. ya'll need to fix your broke *** **** pl0x. like yesterday. kk thx.

This could mean that the server is very loaded.

Please be patient, chances are that the call will complete eventually but depending on the load it might be considerable time.

I'm having the same problem except I don't even get a ten minute notice. Did you or anyone else do anything to fix it? Thx

I made a post about this problem last week, seemed to go away somehow after a few days but its back again today....
