Sanshas DED Sites, What Does It Take?

So, I'm relatively new to EVE Still, and a complete virgin to DED Sites. I'll be moving out to null again here in the very near future, and hope to be making most of my income through DED Sites. However I'm not entirely certain on what will be the best set up for me.

I'm nearly at 8m SP, and skills are primarily for missiles & shield tanking. (Caldari ships and such) I can run any L4 mission Solo with pretty good efficiency in my rather blinged out Navy Raven, And I've been told that a well fitted CNR can run DED's quite well provided it's fitted properly, of course.

So, My question to any forum dwellers that can help me out is, What's the best set up for me to be running these DED Sites? I would like to be running 6-7/10's solo, and anything above I'll more than likely be running with a buddy who's basically at the same stage as I am with BS's, and/or another buddy who pilots a Legion.

Will a blingy CNR Be overkill for 6-7/10's? If It is, then how do you guys think a regular Raven will be able to get the job done? Any fits for Ravens, Navy Ravens, Or any other ship that might work well for me would be greatly appreciated as I've not found any fits are centred around running DED's.

Well, to my expirience all rated sansha DED complexes are soloable with mjd cruise raven (it will take time though) but it is not really an option, unless you are very good at evading (blingy CNR especially)

Thing is 6/10 are mostly in lowsec, 7/10 are nullsec exclusive. And while CVA can be nonhostile due to their nrds policy (if they still follow it), occasional roamings and other dwellers of sansha regions won't be.

I strongly advise you against going into plexing with battleship, unless its blackops and/or you really know what you are doing.

Instead try tengu. Travel fit for safe exploration and refit to combat through mobile depot. It wont be very fast to deal with npc's, but it will suffice.

Some notes:

1) Be wary of 8/10, last pocket is dangerous
2) Be wary of your surroundings. Some ppl might try scanning you down
3) You will need patience. First to find a plex, in lowsec this is probably the most infuriating experience due to competition and lots of wormholes that litter your scan window. Then to get valuable loot, because RNG is RNG
