Im looking character with following criteria:

-Good name
-Can fly properly fitted dread
-Calibration 5
-Bomber capable



I have no need for S&I. Or a char that can fly dozens of different ships/fits.
Budget is flexible(ish). Not really paying for the unwanted sp.
