EvE servers just went down

I was in the middle of a POS siege and EvE crashed.

Now the launcher is telling me:

No connection to the EvE Server, please check your internet connection.

Obviously... I am connected to the Internet.....

Im having this issue aswell... since yesterday, eve offline shows issues with the logging servers btw

Server's not down - interrupted connections. Several people said they didn't get DC'd


Try bypassing the launcher.

One of my accs got socket closed, the other didn't What?

Socket closed, launcher denies all knowledge of the server.

[edit] Seems to be working again but less than 1k pilots in Jita suggests it wasn't just an isolated few that got the boot...

They are using the PI transfer system to handle log in's now. You will need to wait 7 and a half hours before you can log back in.

http://dict.leo.org seems to be down too,
but I doubt it really is.

I have personally checked and have found no problems connecting to TQ. As I do not doubt others do have trouble connecting/staying connected to TQ, I have informed CCP.
If any (major) disruption is found, rest assured CCP will work on resolving the issues asap.

CCP was probably more intrested in watching the Holuhraun volcano here and here than feeding the hamsters Lol
