Nice toon but overkill for what im looking for, going for least possible isk to get what I want

As far as stating a budget....my daddy always told me never walk into a used car lot and tell the salesman how much money is in your wallet..... with that being said I don't want a 150M SP toon for the jumpfrieghter aspect so the more focused the less it costs to get what I want the better for me
