I'm a livestreamer and i'm trying to find an API program that has a graphical app i can display in my stream when someone donates isk in my wallet, is there anything like that?

I am not too familiar with the API, but my guess its that the API is cached for 30 or 60 minutes once requested.
So you would never be able to show live values of your wallet.

If you receive a donation it would show up the next time the API cache expires and will be refreshed.

What this gentleman said, although the cached until time is 15 minutes. You can see the details here.

That being said, it wouldn't be too hard to write (or pay someone to write) a script and have it run every 15 minutes to check for donations. List the top 3/5/10/etc and output it to a text file. Use OBS to pick it up put on an overlay.

You should really use the search function before posting,
The answer is simple but not what you are looking for, there is no way of getting 'live' updates to your wallet.
