Hi Folks,

This is an idea for when you are in your captains quarters...

When in CQ, and you Private message someone, their image should come up on the center monitor. This way it is like having a chat via webcam, without the bandwith issues.

If you are in a group Private chat, all invitee's images should be up, then when someone posts up in that channel, that persons image comes up to the front..

This should only work on Private Conversations to start with and maybe later to corp / alliance channels on a side monitor. Leave local out for the time being.

This will make the CQ area a little more useable than it currently is without needing a lot of work done which would take away from the changes the devs are working for ingame.

It would also make a nice area for those dull Corp meetings and Alliance meetings :)

This sounds like a good idea, it would mean that there is a reason to wander around station.

Would not be a bad idea. While I don't use CQ that much it would add one more sensible level of immersion to the CQ.

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

Support better localization for the Japanese Community.

This is good. And if you have multiple or a group, then split the monitor.

Also some decorum would be nice. Bring able to personalize one's quarters. Medal case, potted plants, et cetera.

And why not let us walk around our hangar?

Give us something to increase immersion. An office or conference room for corporations and alliances!

yea that would bring little life to CQ, even some RolePlaying to it, I like it

I think a lot of people, myself included, would be pretty pissed off if they got to doing something like that before fixing balance issues, gameplay issues, bugs, etc.

I REALLY like this idea. Gives a reason for the CQ, rather than simply being unfinished, abandoned content. And I doubt it would take much effort away from more pressing issues. You can already link your own videos and whatnot to it, so it isn't like those billboards with their untouchable code.

Likely not.

I support this idea based on the increase in depth it would give CQ. Now that big fixes are being made, if a small amount of work per patch went into WiS, I don't thin anyone would be too upset so long as the majority of work went into FiS.
