Van Steiza - Our Glorious Director/Public Relations Manager -

Banned for being frustrated at CCP Staff after being ignored posting may many pages of constructive feedback regarding Hyperion.

1. He was not notified that he was banned the reasons of the ban for nearly 2 weeks after the fact.
This alone for a company the size of CCP is unprofessional.

When you are so out of touch with your regarding feedback to the point you seem to ignore what they are saying? It is hardly a suprise that the customers you are suppose to be representing may bite back with a little frustration.

A permanent ban for a forum offence in reaction to the changes is also very convenient isnt it?

You WH'rs be carefull ;) they will do anything to shut us up now ;)

I don't know that guy but if CCP banned him for... what for? What did he do exactly?

Anyway, if CCP banned him, either it is a mistake or he deserved it.
