He might still be smarting from my refusal to feed his ego last night when he asked me to duel him and I said no because I had better things to do.

... Nah.

“If you reveal your secrets to the wind,
you should not blame the wind for
revealing them to the trees.”

Amarr Victor.

"I say that even as the holy and the righteous cannot rise beyond the highest which is in each one of you - so the wicked and the weak cannot fall lower than the lowest which is in you also.  And as a single leaf turns not yellow but with the silent knowledge of the whole tree, so the wrong-doer cannot do wrong without the hidden will of you all."

Taking down that abomination of a 'Temple' brought me a large level of personal joy, and once again proves that the will of god lays behind the faithful Amarr. Makes you wonder if this false idol Nauplius calls the red god held any actual power or was even real he would have smitten our fleet down and scattered the wreckage as a demonstration of his power.

Nothing of the sort took place, what did take place was a demonstration instead of Imperial might.

I wonder if Nauplius was distracted when he went to pick up the Takmahl scriptures I sent him.

On that basis, does taking down a POS belonging to... say, the CVA disprove the existence of your God? Successful acts of violence is not a good basis for the righteousness of a position you've taken, or I think we'd see a lot more fistfights at Theology Council sessions.

That would be awesome to watch.

Well, that was faster than expected. Mostly due to a lack of strontium.
The next time you think that God tells you to put up a tower, assume that She also means to stront the thing! She also wants you to put more lasers on it. And a full set of hardeners.

I thought that I put some in. Evidently, Molok the Deceiver has taken the side of my adversaries in this conflict and confounded my starbase setup.

See, this is what we in the pray trade call a load of crap-you're living in denial. If you refuse to acknowledge your failures and continue to blame others, you'll never improve. Confess your sins and failures to a priest and don't do them again.
Now I have to read through several dozen insufferably smug posts by Amarr for what amounts to a nothing accomplishment.

As mentioned before, once the main control tower was destroyed a boarding operation was undertaken to allow the slaves to be safely retrieved with minimal casualties. I do not doubt there will have been some deaths - in large part due to the atrocious conditions in which they were kept - but our actions demonstrated a clear desire to save as many lives as possible even at the cost of placing our ships at continued risk of attack.

He may continue his mindless bleating anyhow, but it makes it rather more pointless after such a demonstration.

Indeed we took the time to escort an Amarr Marine Counter Boarding Company led by Classiarii operatives whose expertise was of great help to the Kamieras during their efforts to safely secure the slaves and to, without hesitation, cleanse any heretics who might have stood in their way.

I have learned that through the work of Molok the Deceiver, the Temple to the Red God did in fact enter reinforcement, but only for a few hours. Consider, my opponents — you have Molok the Deceiver on your side. Now, if Molok the Deceiver be on your side, what does that say about your character?

One would imagine that God would have made every effort to protect his temple against this most hideous affront. So eather your God doesn't exist, was too weak to protect his temple, or simply doesn't care about you and these tasks he gives you are just his way of ******* with you.

That...explains alot actually.

It is Written:

"In the beginning all things were as one.
God parted them and breathed life into his creation
Divided the parts and gave each its place
And unto each, bestowed purpose"

"Casting his sight on his realm, the Lord witnessed
The cascade of evil, the torrents of war.
Burning with wrath, He stepped
down from the Heavens
To judge the unworthy,
To redeem the pure."

From This, it is Clear, that God created the Universe, and lets it Run mostly without Intervention. Occasionally, due to the Actions of entities such as the Deceiver, then Intervention becomes Necessary, and the Time of Judging begins. Other Interventions would be the Prophets.

It is Also Written:

"The Wrath of God is Immense. His Justice is Swift and Decisive. His Tolerance is Limited."

The Unrighteous should be Wary of recommending Divine Intervention.

Synthia 1, Empress of Kaztropol.

It is Written.

Out of interest, how do you explain that? You claim to have God on your side and yet this Molok character's nefarious deeds were still successful.

So, did God not intervene to protect you from the works of Molok, which would imply that he doesn't actually want you to succeed? Or did God's attempted intervention fail, which would imply that this Molok is more capable and powerful than God?

Or could it be that this was an obscure lesson in humility which would make Molok an agent of divine will?

Or could it be that you just screwed up?

Either that or "shut up you filthy heathen, that's why".

Or sullen "that question is inconvenient so I'm going to ignore it" silence.
