It's not the problem with EVE servers, it's the issue with Telekom/SIOL's DNS servers.
CCP is aware of the issue, but they can't really 'fix' it, since the problem lies in Telekom hardware. So blame/call Telekom and report the issue.

Just use ARNES DNS servers, they are better anyway:

ARNES
DNS1: 193.2.1.66:53,
DNS2: 193.2.1.72:53

or any other provider for Slovenian region:

DNS 2: 217.72.64.11

Severna in vzhodna Slovenija

DNS 2: 217.18.32.10

TUŠ TELEKOM
DNS 1: 217.18.32.10
DNS 2: 217.72.64.11

AMIS

DNS 2: 212.18.32.12

TELEMACH
DNS1: 84.20.224.66
DNS2: 213.143.65.40

Območje Maribora (Triera)

If you don't have the knowledge of how to change your DNS, then, yes, you may call SIOL tech and explain to them that you would like to change your DNS settings. They have the ability to remotely access your modem IF you are using modems built-in router functionalities. If you are using standalone router connected to modem, you will have to change them manually.

The issues surrounding Slovenian ISPs should now be fixed, using the old DNS should work. Let us know if you're still having issues

OK...I update my client with using Google public DNS. I also get in the game after that.

Then I change my network settings back to default. I can also launch the game. But if new patch came out louncher can't be updated (default DNS settings for Slovenia still doesn't work).

BTW...I'm using Siol/Telekom.

At least i can play game again :)

Just confirming Telekom's dns servers work fine now, so anyone from Slovenia still having issues updating/launcher has a different problem.
