Looking to buy a Character who can build T2 Frigs and Cruisers , Also do invention on Caldari / Gal Cruiser Frigs and Cruiser BP.

Budget 3-4B Maybe more depending on skill. I have plenty of characters for orca / Mining so not much interested in putting isk into characters with mining / orca sp Invested.

TY for posting but that capital construction 5 is adding a lot of value to your character That I will not put to use.
Not saying is it not worth it at all, Just saying I do not want to pay for something I will not use.
Would rather hold out for the SP down the invention line.
