We got navy drones why not faction drones. But I can hear you asking how would they be different. Well after thinking about it for awhile I got some ideas.

To keep up with the "Pirates Break the Rules" idea here are a few ideas on what to do

-Split damage. Make the damage equal to navy or slightly less than but split the damage between 2 types. Guristas would be thermal and kinetic

-Break the rule by having them trade speed for tracking or vice versa

To be honest this whole idea is because I want to see guristas drones other than a gecko.
Any ideas?

Augmented drones effectively are this already, being rogue drone drones. They have split damage types, they are faster and have more damage but not as tough as navy drones.

Yes but wouldn't it be great to have another lp store item for pirate factions or have an acolyte with blood paint. I would love to see guristas vespas.

No, not supported. I would like to see Augmented and Integrated drones become more cost-effective by having their components be much more easily acquired and thus readily available. Those are the "pirate drones" you speak of anyway, as Rogue Drones are effectively the drone-using pirate faction.

That being said, one of the main things I notice people complaining about (other than the truly stupid price per drone) is the split damage that Augmenteds and Integrateds do.

As far as Pirate faction drones go, I could support them, but only for factions that are actually drone related.

Drones = Augmented Drones (combat)
Guristas = Gurista Drones (combat)
SoE = SoE Drones (remote repair)
ORE = ORE Drones (mining/salvage)

Every other pirate faction: nope.

This is an idea I can get behind more, You could have pirate faction ewar drones as a posibility. Serpentis web drones, Sansha TD drones etc. With SoE faction logistics drones and ORE faction mining dronesm
