BLINK I WANT MAI 200 GORILLION ISK BAK!!! But seriously it's as good as gone. Blink is not obligated to return your ISK. Giving ISK to blink is the equivalent of giving ISK to ISK doublers in Jita.

You have to look after your ISK... blink and it's gone.

Edit: anyway... their log in page say that their users are getting reimbursed, so it's best to contact directors / admins and get the info first hand. I haven't used blink, so I haven't gone into details, but judging by the info on news sites (TMC & EN24), they are working on returning stuff to their users.
