Does anyone knows where it is seeded or if it is seeded at all? I looked in eve-central and found nothing, witch is highly unusual for tech I BPOs.

If not seeded does anyone knows the reason?

given that it's a shield module, I'd start with Caldari space. Possibly Minmatar.

It's likely not on Eve-Central because no one's sent the market export(s) for the BP.

My first guess woulda been Amarr area since its actually capacitor module.
Was bit suprised to see CNavy as the only supplier.

For BPs on EVE Central, you sometimes need to change the 'hours' textbox to a higher value. I usually go for 1000 or higher when I'm looking for NPC sellers for a BPO
