Excuse me if this is considered a stupid question. But I see that some Amarrian players have their hoods pulled over their heads, however when I create an Amarrian, I don't seem to have that option to create that look. Is this some option that was taken away or is it just a matter of me not seeing the option on the character creatator?

There's some arrows with numbers below one of the costume options that will get you to it, I believe.

I was just about to suggest that it would be cool if all races had access to the racial clothes of other races if they visit a station belonging to that race. Then I realized that probably about 90% of the players would wear amarrian robes if they could....

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.
