So at a glance. Building a rifter costs about 380k. But I see them selling everywhere for 300k or a little over

Am I missing something?
Are there a lot of these unprofitable blueprints about?

Crius shook the market up massively. Rifters may be one of the 'casualties' of that

The cheapest Rifter in the area i'm in at the moment (16 Jumps from Jita) is 450k, so maybe the area you're looking in has too much supply and not enough demand !

You're not making much money with t1 frigate hulls, anyway.

But if you sell a Rifter hull below raw mineral costs, chances are the buyer will also buy 3x 150mm AC II, a DCU II and similar typical Rifter modules.
That's where you make the profit.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

Noob zones have a strong depression effect on T1 frigate and destroyer prices. If you're near one of those areas you will see sell/buy orders far under cost of prod.

Only don't be the shlub selling below production costs... find who is selling below "cost" and stock all of the accessories/add-ons there yourself (as mentioned above). Let the other guy take the loss, you still make the profit.
