I bought a pilot re-sculpt from the nex store, redeemed and activated it. When I used it a menu popped up and i accidentally hit 'no' It took me to the normal character editor with no sculpting.

Tried exiting character customization and re-entering and it just takes me to the same screen: http://puu.sh/b9IKY/80fa0363a2.jpg

Bought another re-scuplpt and tried to activate it and i get an error saying i'm already flagged: http://puu.sh/b9IMq/62f0952f54.jpg

this is relevant to my interests... I need 5 in a row for breast reductions and a nose job. have you tried clearing cache? I also ask because I've had / have characters who have a resculpt from a while back, and I have to click no every time (when all I want is a portrait tweak).
