Cannot access update server

If i go to http://cdn1.eveonline.com/ It gives me server not found page.

Where can i see what is preventing me from visiting that site? (and yes hosts file in windows/system32/drivers/etc/ folder is fine)

works for me ... maybe try forcing a different DNS server?

I've got an issue too. Can't ping / traceroute it.

Probably a routing issue somewhere. They normally sort themselves out reasonably quickly.

Same for me. also tryed to uninstall eve (worked Big smile ) and install it again, but that did not work, seems like i cant connect to the server when downloading files.

..yes my english sucks moosballs ^^

Did you find any solution to this?

I have the same problem (always some problem patch time). Need to go on a business trip and want to set stuff up. Sweden (Telia) here, everything else work fine so i guess the problem is at CCP side.

same here, repair doesn't work, the eve launcher doesn't work :(

I guess I'll play Battlefield today.

Ok, could be routing/DNS issue on the way and not server side then. No time to trace that out tonight. Hope it works better next week. Mirrors is out of the question i guess...

My launcher seems to be broken also. I uninstalled/reinstalled the game. Ran the repair tool twice and it still just hangs up. I can log in though through the bin/exefile.

20 hours still cannot connect.

Same problem again with the twist that I have to trash launcher proc to drop it. If there is need to patch every damn day, then put it on mirrors. Few more times and this game and my 10 accounts are gone.

I got a message that I could not connect to a ip adress and launcher froze.

It helped for me to run repair a couple of times... (first time it only downloaded patch and stoped)

No troll.
