what happened to lvl4 misisons?

im doing security missions lvl 4 in dodixi(spelling) . I got a tengu/domi mix doing around 1000dps and its only like 5 mill a mission. i have been afk for 3 years but i thought it should be around 20m a mission or maybe im confusing that with the sanctums i was doing before i left null 3 years ago... can anyone confirm or deny did ccp nerf lvl missions? am i doing the wrong ones i have a personal standings on 9.3 with this agent and i thought sec and command missions were the best

Nope, apparently its just "Janitor"
Im guessing the guy has been rather beaten down with the problems with ISK faucets and sinks as of late
