Last Weeks DDoS

Anyone else not receive any sort of response back from their petitions? I had two pilots lose ships during the DDoS, both created support tickets immediately once the server came back up. Neither have been replied to even though I have added messages and even created a second ticket.

Just wondering if its just me experiencing this as I have seen no mention of it from anyone else anywhere.

Perhaps the queue for reimbursement is longer than usual for some reason?

Why might that be?

All of my corpmates who filed at the same time as me or after me have been contacted/reimbursed. Feeling lonely that I have not.
