I use 3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush, Crytek Editor - Let me know more what you are looking for.
I would love to be the one to make the next set of Super Capitals for EVE :) oh and some more fun cruisers....

Black Ops ships using Covert Jump Portals with Covert Cynos are NOT allowed to use Covert Cloaks. That makes sense.
