WTB Incursion toons looking for 3 or 4 maybe more.

As the title says I'm looking for some incursion toons, primarily looking for damage pilots would prefer amarr able to fly an apoc with t2 guns. good tank and fitting skills. looking to spend 4-7 bil per toon but may spend more for good characters.
