silly noob question...where is my ship

I'm pretty sure I'm missing something obvious here so please bear with me...
I upgraded my trial account today and supposedly got the "ship of your choice" along with it. I have no idea where it is though...do I have to do anything special? It doesn't seem to be in any of my character's cargo holds.
Sorry if this is a really, really silly question :\

Try pressing ESC and you should find a "redeem items" -button in the options menu. It is also available as a button which looks like a gift in your character selection screen.

They've moved this feature from the escape menu. I believe it is now in the New Eden Store. As far as I know it is still available on the character selection screen.

In the New Eden Store, at the bottom of the screen, you'll find an expandable bar labelled "Redeemable Items". Once expanded (click on it), it will show icons for the items, which you "Click to initiate redeeming".

It's also in the E-menu under Inventory, shortcut key Alt Y

for me there was a "redeemable items" (or something like that) button at the bottom of the character selection screen, and I clicked on that and then could drag and drop the ship onto any of the characters.
