what kind of censors whacked character creation?

Toons wearing the Women's 'Sanctity' Dress can't leave character creation without bottoms; this is far out. Well, take a good look! .Please reclassify dresses as Bottoms.

The Censors that got told to do so by the M rating, in order to avoid the R16 or R18 rating probably. Just wear some tights, they aren't really pants anyway.

I doubt that. I think it would make it in a 'G' rated film. And tights aren't offered in the NES.

wonderful, now if they can just get around to giving girls some actual military gear like the guys get, and some REAL boots instead of these fashion pieces of crap, well be getting somewhere. (like, not meaning to hate on what we have, its just, damn, everytime guys get **** its "look how badass and hard core we made it, hes straight up gangster mercenary", and every girls get **** its "oh look at the pretty heels, and the fancy dress, arent they just, *******, pretty")
