Hi im looking for a budget starter toon with the following requirements..

all racial BC 5
all racial DESI 5
hull upgrades 5
and a decent name i wouldnt mind playing :)

my budget is 4b

hopefully someone out there was smarter than me to get in on the free DESI and BC lovin and wouldnt mind parting with them :P
