[API question] Notifications, out of game?

We have many API tools for reading evemail out of game through our mobile, webtool, and eve gate.

Is there any method of retrieval for the other tab in our evemail inbox 'notifications'

for the stuff like "bills, war, structure, sovereignty, insurance"

If there is a service for these things please share.

if not, why not?

The API already has an endpoint for notifications. Making a third-party app for mobile devices isn't really an Eve feature, but it's something you could do yourself if you're so inclined.

yes, I am aware, I was merely making inquiry whether or not there anything already made and in distribution. clearly not.
