Amazing Rattlesnake pilot which is the best battleship for running L4 missions. Can also pilot some SB's, AF's and easily branches to many other ships.

Can pull L4s with Caldari, Minmatar. and Caldari State (FW). Has negative standing with Gallente and Amarr (FW) Not too bad though and easily repaired.

No kill rights on self and positive sec
