Three C3 corporations and five 0.0 corporations spamming me about how competent they are(n't). people can't even read, why should I trust you not to be autistic in your handling of your corporation and/or during PvP engagements?

Leadership is something you learn. Maybe one day, you'll learn that.

I expect to join competent corporations for PvP. How these guys maintain a C5 wormhole when you ask why someone left an NPC corporation as a starting question is beyond me.

Kills are fine. What I want is a corporation that isn't rife with ignorance and stupidity at all ranks, which I know is asking for everything possible considering the average player is completely and utterly ********.

That is a poor outlook on the game in general. Persons will make mistakes and sometimes delve into ignorance. Unfortunately that is not something you can avoid. You may have a hard time looking for a corporation as your expections maybe set too high.
