Using AT to scam isk is lame Clockwork Pineapple

So yes, if you "invested" isk into this scam without any details of how the draw will happen and no link to Chribba's Dice then you are a fool easily parted with their isk.
As this screen shows it's a scam outright.

What is surprising is that the team has good AT pedigree, have won some hard fought matches and then ha e sunk to this level of forum scamming.

CODE or S.C.U.M. I would have expected this from. Shame on you Elmnt80 and your team who, from your own forum comments were either in on it or at least complicit.

You appear to have linked to a character sale, if that's the scam report it, scamming in the character bazaar is forbidden.

If on the other hand you meant to link to this then I suggest you amend your post accordingly.

Not sure why you are upset EvE thrives upon the dumb and greedy getting scammed there is nothing new here.
If someone on the street offered you an obscure gambling deal would you readily accept it?
Plenty of legit betting going on, if the sheep fall for cheap scams so be it. Maybe they will learn something, I doubt it though.

Also, I'm highly offended you'd say this. I said several times I'd be handing the prizes to a 3rd party who would then use the random number generator of his choice to hand out prizes! I would never overlook such an important part of making my scam look legit. I even had excuses for not using chribba! (Aside from it all being a scam)

What I mean is, taking advantage of other peoples greed is good.

To bad the ticket prices were so low. I bet he could have doubled the price and still sold out.

Actually, I think the low price is part of why it was so successful. 250m just isn't that much to the average player anymore, but a bil or even 500m and you have someone stopping to think about spending that much isk which is the last thing you want them doing.

Aww I've already been scammed out of more than that, but I'm actually hurt this time because I really wanted one of those Rattlesnake skins, the rattler being my preferred ship in EVE :(

Looks like I'll have to buy one on the market whenever CCP distributes them Smile
