so i put something together a while ago and thought I will post this now let me know what you think.

I could absolutely use more of these as visual aids for P3 and P4s. Very helpful!

There are several PI representations out there. However, yours is a visually appealing representation of a value chain without the non value added clutter. Nicely done.
