Not sure what you're looking to spend, but I will throw out an introductory offer of 4 bil for a freighter/orca/exhumer pilot with most production skills at level 4, and workig on Mining Director V right now. Willing to negotiate down some.

Works for me, add me as a contact so you know when I am on. I should be available about four or five hours after server comes back up, need to go into work for an hour. Character is parked in Dodixie, has no security hits, positive ISK balance, nothing that violate a transfer.
