[Questions] about blocking characters in-game.

Hey there,

I have a few questions about blocking characters in game.


  1. Is there a limit for the number of characters one can block in-game? If so, what is the limit?
  2. Is the list of blocked characters stored locally? Is there a way to quickly move the list from one character to another?
  3. Is the IGB block method working? (i.e. I tried to use it and, while I did get the pop'up asking for confirmation, the blocked icon wasn't added to the test character like it is when you "manually" block other characters.)
