Just setup my first Industrial POS

And I cannot access the corporate hangar array, or any of the lab divisions. I only have drop access in both. I set all the access to corporation but it still wont let me see what is in there. What else do I need to change in order for me to have access to both of these structures and the ones I plan on using in the future?

Standard dumb tech support questions first:
Are you posting on an alt? If not, that may be the problem and a huge bug in the system.
Are they anchored and online?
Did you drop something in there so you could see it?

Otherwise it's a role issue. No clue what roles you need. I always was CEO/director in my corps when dealing with a POS.

If you're not CEO/Director, you'll need to set up Hangar/Container access rights. Google is an amazing thing: try it. Here's the first hit I got: https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Roles_and_access_rights

Its a roles issue - you are set to 'query access only' you want query and take
