The entire idea behind this is to have a Blockade Runner ready to CovOps Cyno out the Sin if it gets camped in or it gets scary in local. Since my main is around the Syndicate area, Serpentis is the most likely threat to fight, though wormholes might bring me to different areas. The primary fit I'm looking at it:

[Sin, Sanctums in Hostile Space]
Core B-Type Large Armor Repairer
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Drone Damage Amplifier II
Core B-Type Armor Thermic Hardener
Core B-Type Armor Kinetic Hardener

Federation Navy Omnidirectional Tracking Link, Optimal Range Script

Republic Fleet Target Painter
Large Capacitor Battery II
Large Capacitor Battery II
Cap Recharger II

Medium 'Solace' Remote Armor Repairer
Drone Link Augmentor II
Drone Link Augmentor II
Caldari Navy Cloaking Device
[empty high slot]
[empty high slot]

Large Auxiliary Nano Pump II

Garde II x5

Obviously there will be more drones, but I'm looking for suggestions and improvements.

Leadership is something you learn. Maybe one day, you'll learn that.

Ok as a sin pilot my advice is simple:

PLEASE DONT DO THIS

the sin is not a Dominix, it has MUCH less tank even with shiny enams, doing sanctums the odds of you dying are far too great, if you wanted to use a Black ops use either a widow, redeemer, or panther.

They get better DPS, Better Tank ( Widow range tanks with MJD and cruise missiles with a beefy shield tank ) than the sin.

Now other advice specific to the fit if you decide to go through with this:
1. Drop batterys go with Cap boosters, those help if you do get caught in PVP where batterys dont, i would consider going dual rep as well and make sure your using the synth booster for armor repair amount, if not a higher end version. Also slaves are a MUST with this fit.
2. Add MJD in case you need to GTFO if the DPS is too much, other wise a little frigate will disrupt you and your stuck there unable to jump or warp off
3. the RR really isn't that great an idea, add a neutralizer and manage drone aggro, that will save you if an interceptor lands tackle or any other non cruiser sized ship, though i would be more worried about a dictor
4. Faction DDA's because you really need every drop of DPS to get these done quickly
5. Rigs are solid
6. Add light drones, and more sentries

♣ Small Gang PVP, Large Fleet PVP, Black Ops, Incursions, Trade, and Industry ♣ 70% Lethal / 30% Super-Snuggly / 110% No idea what im doing ♣

Just put an Improved Cloaking Device II in one of your Dominix's highs.

If you're going to be wasting fuel on jumping out whenever you feel paranoid, I'm not sure ratting in nullsec is the proper career choice. Especially not in Syndicate.

It's possible to do this though as has been pointed out - the Sin is not a Domi - it does not tank in the same way nor handle the same.

I've done something similar to what you are attempting with two spider tanking Sins, and it worked well but that was a couple of years ago so the fits/setups etc certainly have changed.

Syndicate is definitely a rough neighbourhood though.

Having said that - I've never ever needed to "jump out" of a system because of a threat. Cloak up and wait maybe yes, but the jump ability of the Sin is mostly there to avoid gatecamps etc.

A few thoughts though -

A single repper will not be enough to handle incoming damage if you are sitting around taking it - the MJD will get you the distance that can and should be used to handle incoming damage.

If you try to fit a hybrid for PVE & PVP you will fail. Accept that you are going to PVE out there and make sure you don't get caught.

I'd fit for more gank, less tank. (Probably change the rigs etc). Also increase your targeting range, you want to be engaging your targets from 100 kms+ - sniping ought to be more efficient than brawling, not just because it allows you to manage aggro better but also because you are far from the jump point if hostiles get to you. (Though... if they know what you are doing and land on grid you will probably be dead anyhow).

Just in case - I have very high respect for a flight of ECM drones as GTFO option for a Domi/Sin. It's a gamble, and often will fail, but sometimes it will save you.

Have fun. It can be quite enjoyable. (Not the most profitable or efficient thing in the world - but enjoyable, yes)

People do plex with Sins. They use some kind of exploit with MJDs to avoid taking damage.
