Suggested ship/fits for "non-combat" explo sites that have rats

To clarify, a suggested fit for clearing things like drug BPC sites of rats and other non-combat exploration sites. Something that can travel low sec reasonably safely, perhaps a cloak on it but doesn't need to be a cloaky. I have a covops for the actual exploration modules and scouting, but I need some pew to back it up.

If the fit is also capable of ganking other explorers, all the better.


Edit: Preferrably not T3 but if it must be a T3, a Loki or Proteus would be the only options. No HAMs.

Double Edit: It also doesn't have to be a full fit, simply a suggested ship with a short description on how you would go about fitting it works too.

Add mobile depo into cargo and swap from travel fit to combat fit....

(They can prob pull it off with a single fit, but you pay for it one way or another... strat being better at a single fit... and more expensive)
