Hi,
I'm a qualified space attorney, and for a generous one-time deposit of 400 million ISK to this character I will resolve this issue with the campers for you.

Here we have the point. I dont want pay to the afk camper and I dont want pay to you. I want to solve this alone but i can't because game mechanic is broken and CCP don't want do anything with this. So i will help them to do this asap.

If neuts dont leave to the next sunday i will call you.

I take matters like this very seriously. I fully understand your doubts, given the nature of this game.
However as I have a reputation to uphold, I always aim to fulfill my clients requests and needs.

I wish you the best of luck in court, dealing with this issue. And if that should prove unsuccessful my offer still stands. I might even cut you a special deal since i feel sympathetic with you and your current situation.

Although I'm sure someone else already said this, you agreed to the EULA when you first started playing the game. Part of that states that, once you hand CCP money for a PLEX, that money is gone, exchanged for digital goods in the game. After that, CCP washes their hands of the situation, and the PLEX is yours to do with as you please.

You should also be aware that, if you revoke that payment with your bank, CCP will perma ban you and all of your accounts. You should also know that, to my knowledge at least, no one has ever successfully sued CCP. (thanks to the contract you agreed, which you would be breaking, they can also force you to pay for court costs in more than a few countries since your lawsuit would be deemed frivolous)

So, take your loss like a man, and quit asking for someone else to cover your bad decisions. All you're doing right now is confirming every single stereotype about renters.

"Verily, I have often laughed at the weaklings who thought themselves good because they had no claws."

One of ours, ten of theirs.

If you have concerns about the game mechanics within the game, you are welcome to file a petition. As this thread violates forum rules, it is closed.

Quote:
2. Be respectful toward others at all times.

The purpose of the EVE Online forums is to provide a platform for exchange of ideas, and a venue for the discussion of EVE Online. Occasionally there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Forum users are expected to be courteous when disagreeing with others.

3. Ranting is prohibited.

A rant is a post that is often filled with angry and counterproductive comments. A free exchange of ideas is essential to building a strong sense of community and is helpful in development of the game and community. Rants are disruptive, and incite flaming and trolling. Please post your thoughts in a concise and clear manner while avoiding going off on rambling tangents.

22. Post constructively.

Negative feedback can be very useful to further improve EVE Online provided that it is presented in a civil and factual manner. All users are encouraged to honestly express their feelings regarding EVE Online and how it can be improved. Posts that are non-constructive, insulting or in breach of the rules will be deleted regardless of how valid the ideas behind them may be. Users are also reminded that posting with a lack of content also constitutes non-constructive posting.

30. Abuse of CCP employees and ISD volunteers is prohibited.

CCP operate a zero tolerance policy on abuse of CCP employees and ISD volunteers. This includes but is not limited to personal attacks, trolling, “outing” of CCP employee or ISD volunteer player identities, and the use of any former player identities when referring to the aforementioned parties.

Our forums are designed to be a place where players and developers can exchange ideas in a polite and friendly manner for the betterment of EVE Online. Players who attack or abuse employees of CCP, or ISD volunteers, will be permanently banned from the EVE Online forums across all their accounts with no recourse, and may also be subject to action against their game accounts.

31. Rumor mongering is prohibited.

Rumor threads and posts which are based off no actual solid information and are designed to either troll or annoy other users will be locked and removed. These kinds of threads and posts are detrimental to the wellbeing and spirit of the EVE Online Community, and can create undue panic among forum users, as well as adding to the workload of our moderators.
