GTC Drifrent price for Central and East Europe.

Hi,

In EVE Big problem is RTM, good idea for fight against that is set GTC price for fair level to not very rich country. We pay for GTC More than Americans, because we pay in Euro.

Plex in black market cost 12,60$, GTC cost 14,95 euro is around 5 euro more than American pay.
If you drop price to around 12$, you increase income and cut income for bots

Pretty sure CCP only sells PLEX directly and not GTC which would mean the price are not under their control...
